MY VISION
Achieving my client’s goals is my goal. My years doing the business of real estate has given me on the job training “know-how”. However, it is my personal drive to do not just a good job, but a “great job” that compels me to strive to deliver over and above excellence in service for my clients. Helping my clients with either buying or selling their modest first cottage or their ultimate mansion on the hill is an important job and one I am dedicated to taking seriously with respect and honor.
35+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
I have recently moved to a new broker, Hero Realty LLC. I have been in the Top 25 Agent list out of over 3,400 agents with my former broker Coldwell Banker Gundaker for over 35 years. I have been awarded the President’s Elite Award, an award and recognition that only few agents ever achieve. I have received many awards with CBG for being a top producer, consistently year after year, competing for those spots with other top producers, but one I am most proud of is my 2018 USAA relocation Service of Excellent Award. In addition to my residential success, I am a new homes specialist having extensive experience with builder sales. I have been a builder myself which gives me valuable and helpful knowledge in new construction and the builder market.
EDUCATION AND PERSONAL
I grew up in California and Arizona, completing my education in Arizona and Utah. In addition to my formal education, my life lessons in the school of “hard knocks” and experience have contributed to my maintaining high work ethic, compassion, and my levels of integrity, honesty, and the value and reward of helping others.
IN CONCLUSION
I serve both sides of the River, St Louis and St. Charles and Warren counties.
